- Use long established, bank accredited, local highly reputable developers
- Can be purchased 'Off Plan' with a 3 year build (3 years equity growth for you)
- Provide a reputable on-site Management Company
- Ensure ALL phases and building is complete before transfer of the properties
- Have 20% deposits available (ie. 80% loan to value mortgages on offer)
- Include Freehold land ownership and surveyor reports (legalities verified by us )
- Use English speaking independent solicitors (no conflicting 3rd party tie-ins)
- Use UK law society conveyancing contract format (no notaries or translation costs)
- Can source stable low mortgage rates (Swiss Franc used for lowest rates)
- Use banks that guarantee your investment against property developer default
- Are a member of the EU
- Have a government with a Dynamic Tourism strategy with ongoing investment
- Are Less than 5 hours from the UK., with all year round budget airline routes
- Enjoy a lenient tax regime
- Are recognised as having a low crime rate and are free from civil unrest
- Provide excellent standards of education
- Have potential for high holiday or long term rental yields (managed by a rental management company called ROPUK Aftercare
, covering at least, costs) ROPUK Aftercare
will not only find and manage rental bookings for you, they will also:
- advise our developers before a site is identified as to whether the location is suited to rental
- ensure that the property is 'snagged' on completion and that all building work is to specification and standard
- change the locks on completion for absolute security and peace of mind

5) Alpha Bank 80% Mortgage Offered: around 3% and confirmed with purchase
contract. Furnishing, electrical & optional pcan be added to loan if required
6) Nothing else to pay until property is completed in 3 years: mortgage phased drawdown interest will normally be added to loan
7) 5% balance paid on completion
