What Is Off-Plan?
Buying a property 'Off -Plan' has now become a mainstream 'pension solution' for many people.
Many individuals have succeeded in creating significant wealth, in a short period of time, by investing in property this way - it is likely that you may already know someone who has.

Now consider how easy it was to generate that level of profit - it was just a question of waiting! The longer you wait, the more your house value increases.
Buying 'Off Plan' is simply a way of acquiring wealth by buying a plot, on land that has been acquired by a developer, where houses or apartments are to be built, then waiting. Your 'Off-Plan' plot is reserved by you before the building commences, with your only financial commitment being a deposit.The mortgage does not commence until the property is completed.
During the time it takes to complete the property (normally 6 -9 months in the UK), depending on the economy and location, the value of the property increases (typically by 3-7% in the UK),
